It was a little bit pricey but the food was awesome. the garlic & chilli nan bread with the lamb was to die for - highly recommendable. would've wanted a bit more chilli in it but other than that it was great. next time i go i'll have to ask them to add more chilli in mine. its a small restaurant and wasn't too busy when i went in so the owner was very nice and we even had a little chat.
i went there with a mate for his birthday a couple of weeks ago and we tried the butter chicken, it wasn't spicey enough for me and almost tasted sweet, my friend on the other hand couldn't get enough of it.

Never ever again. first and last time we eat from there. i have to agree with curry lover regarding the butter chicken. it tasted like it was cooked in condensed tomato soup and the vindaloo was mild enough for me to eat. hubby didn't enjoy it either and he and the dog(who got heaps of leftovers) were sick that night and had severe diarrhea the next day. i will never be lazy enough again to drive to the best indian i know, being the ceylon inn at kenmore or graceville.

I have been a customer for years. the food is always good well priced. it's honest authentic indian curry. the owner always remembers me, even if i haven't been back for a year. i mostly have takeaway but when we eat in the service is good and genuinely friendly. if you want 5 star or haute cuisine then you might miss the value. it's a favorite for us. hope you like it too and tell the owner that darryl sent you. i might get a free samosa ! enjoy.

This was our first and last visit here. the service was good, very pleasant staff. the food however was terrible. the entree of onion bhaji and samosa were ok, but our mains were just awful. very salty, no heat, even though we ordered a vindaloo. the butter chicken tasted like it was made with tomato soup. i won't be wasting my money here again.

Been going to curry oh curry since 2007 always had the freshest tastiest curry ever, since leaving the uk.good curry houses (as we poms call them) are very hard to find this is a hidden gem yum yum. ps not found any black hairs either,

The food was ok, but it was a stinking hot night and the airconditioning was turned off. also the toilet was filthy, and had no hand wash. we saw staff members going into that toilet and presumably going straight back into the kitchen and handling food. gross!

Dear anonymous, i know what you mean. i also bought a meal from there and found a long dark hair. i'm blonde and my wife is also blonde - so it didn't come from either if us! why do the staff not wear a hair net or hat to stop this from happending? if it is not required by law, then why not? should we, the public, insist on being served in kitchens only by slapheads with not a hair on their head? be brave and shave! it could've been worse i suppose - the hair wasn't curly......

My husband & i have been driving past curry oh curry for about 18 months now meaning to go & try their fare.....last night we took the plunge & after paying around $35 for mains & a side dish take-away we looked forward to savouring the delights of indian cuisine, which is one of our favourites. we did the obligatory re-heat in the microwave & while my hubby tucked into his chicken vindaloo, i was poised to make inroads into my chicken chattinardu when i noticed something unusual. on closer inspection, i found a 6 inch long black hair entwined in my curry!! needless to say, after the wretching ceased the meal went straight in the bin. by this time, hubby had finished his meal & was hoping that nothing untoward was going to cause his dining experience to be revisited. why on earth aren't the health regulations stricter & why on earth aren't people working in food preparation wearing head covering? talk about disgusting......our first & last dining experience at curry oh curry - clean your act up people, you should be ashamed of yourselves!!!
