 Unforunately gnocchi not cooked

After many years of ordering from cuoco's i'm afraid this is my last order. gnocchi tonight undercooked and obviously from a packet. when i called to explain it wasn't cooked, was told that it is hard to cook gnocchi. as someone who has made it from scratch many times i know that all that is required is to remove it from saucepan when it floats! it is easier than any other pasta. sorry boys, not sure where the pride in the food has gone, but it just isn't there anymore.

Awful. worst vegetarian i've ever had. vegetarian is not onion with a few olives on top. and absolutely no flavour. understand cheap pizza, but even for cheap pizza that is just not good enough.
