 Unhappy customer food gone to shit!

Not a happy customer stuffed my order up completly.found a hair in my salad atrocious.fish was all slimy it was grouse.
dont know whats hapoened to the food in this shop but its turned to shit.
atmosphere is bleak and didnt enjoy seeing a man bullying the women not on.
poor customer service some need to smile and not look so miserable..
food horrific!

I love the food - the chips are excellent. but i have to grizzle a little - i ordered a chicken and chips and, knowing they are served in a polystyrene container, i asked for the chips in a bag instead (i hate soggy chips!). they charged me 50c for the bag! gee guys, give the local resident a break -at $10.90 for a half chicken and chips, you are are not going to go broke for a two and a half cent bag... even a 10 cent bag, for that matter.

Hi, when i ger a 1/4 chicken chips the small amounts of chips you get in those foam containers is quite small. chips cost very little, but giving a little more makes customers come back. would much prefer my chicken chips in the old fashioned paper.

In the last 6 month the food has gone to the dog. who ever is making salads maybe it time for you to change jobs. and every time i go in there my fish is over cooked and my chips are under cooked. and who ever that blonde bird is get a life as your customer service skills are in need of some work.

medium chips up $0.50 to $5.50, 10% increase.
large chips up $0.50 to $6.50, 8.3% increase.
adelaide cpi inflation over last 12 months, per abs: 1.4%
keep your prices under control, do you realy need a cast of thousands working behind the counter?

Great chips but probably around the most expensive in the northern suburbs. prices go up too often. probably payng for the flashy sports car parked out front, "slick".
