Went in with the hubby and kids. put my order in for a seafood basket, it stated it only came with hoki and if any changes to the order would incurr an altered price. no dramas i prefer dory, i was rudely told by the lady i was that i was stupid for asking for the change because of the price change! im the customer!mannerism was beyond rude! was happy not to pass my money over and walk out elsewhere after being spoken to like i was. snack shack was more than happy to provide a better service to us tourists! and their store was actually clean without dead roaches in their fridges!

This place was bad! they have a clear disdain for tourists, and don't try to hide it! service was rude, food was poor (bought in frozen crap). they turned out the light while we were still waiting for our order!!! once we had left, and started eating, we realised why they wanted us off the property - some of the food was off!! what a disgrace!
