For such a little place, great tasting food, value for money and excellent service. compared to other places of a similar caliber (and higher) in terms of size and appearance in other states, this one definately outdoes them all.

Great food, service and prices!

Fantastic authentic thai food. they are very reasonably priced. the staff are very polite and friendly. the delivery service is always fast. i moved away from hobart two years ago and have not managed to find a thai restaurant in melbourne that comes close to cool thai.

When you first look at cool thai, and you see that its a small bright orange restaurant, you think that'll you'll give that one a miss. but dont! we've eaten at 3/4 of hobart's asian restaurants and would rate cool thai as out 9/10 thai place.

Pretty good asian take-aways, and they deliver too. try the tom kha gai (chicken coconut soup with galangal) or the chicken and cashew.
