 Live entertainment great in logan

Was looking for a place to eat on saturday night (17/5), found this place and it was packed. friendly staff found a table for my wife and i promptly and what a bonus live entertainment, the singer was great. though it was busy our meals arrived in good time for the amount of people that were there. the meals were huge, but couldn't eat it all so the waitress organised takeaway containers for me and my wife - could not bear to have such excellent food thrown out. the service was great and all the staff were courteous and we will be coming back soon.

 Worst dining experience ever

I cant believe in this day and age that a resturant could be so dirty and grotty that people (slob owners) get away with it, this place would have to be the most tackiest dump hole i have ever eaten in, it was unfortunate that we had to even dine here as it was a friends going away party, we were greeted by a waitress after wating 15 minutes at the counter, and to be sat under a freezing cold air conditioner, which i asked if it could be turned down a bit and was told with a dumb stare "no", even though it was a cool night already, after we sat they placed napkins on our laps and took our wine glasses away, without even asking if we were having wine, waited 15 mins to order drinks, they came 20 mins later, ordered our meals, they took 35 mins for our entree's, and we were told our mains will be ready once our entree's were finished, once they took our entree plates away, our food took 65 minutes to arrive, it wouldnt of been so bad if they place had some atmosphere, it is like a dull boring hospital waiting room, no music, no light, no friendly waitresses. we ordered a 2 bottles of wine, both never received, seems the waitress apparently went home and "forgot" to let anyone know. and to top it off, the owners were so rude and very unclassy, you would think they would dress up a bit seeing as though they own the place, but again no, looks like she dragged herself out of bed, i guess you could put it simply, if your looking for a expensive, boring, waste of time, tasteless, cold, night out then head to cisco's!!! for anyone with half a brain, you would not even waste a thought to go. id rather eat my own toenails then have to go through the pain of going to this place again. shame on you ciscos

This restaurant use to be my all time favourite for 6 years up until recently so i am completely and utterly disappointed. both the staff and the female owner were extremely rude and had absolutely no sympathy for the time they made us wait for our meals. we had to ask our waitress where our drinks were 4 times within 30 minutes. we had to wait 45 minutes for our entr?e and then we were waiting another 90 minutes for our main meals, before we walked out without even having our meal. the previous 2 owners made dinning at cisco?s a great experience ? terrific food, wonderful atmosphere and excellent service. however the new management should really be ashamed and should ask them self?s if this is the right business for them, because clearly they do not care about there about the service or its customers.

Have only been to this place twice, but no complaints either time. this doesn't happen often. my partner & i will make this a regular for dinner.

 About time logan city had a decent restaurant

Every time we visit a place to eat in logan, its over priced and taste less- recently we went to coffee club springwood and it was a complete rip off, the food was awful and the service even more awful so we thought we would try cisco's out , it was a friday night, and it was great, the service was quick and lovely and the food was served in ample time and was tasty. we all enjoyed our experience at cisco's and will return again soon.

I absolutely love this place! without a doubt the best mexican place around! i?ve been going back to this place since my 16th birthday! it's not the fanciest environment, but it's chilled and cruisy. the food is great, especially the fajitas for two! always very quick and fresh!

 Utter disappointment

2 hours to get food, inadequate service, every single meal incorrect bar 1 ... the steak. for 7 people dining in to be asked three times to order their food we should have walked out then.
it was my 7 year old daughters birthday and parents last night in the country for a celebration dinner.
and for the so called manager to say that we should have come up to the counter and let them know, even though they had asked for the order three times and recorrected it at least twice i can say.. you can have bad service and a good meal or good service and a bad meal, and you wouldn't get too upset, but to have both!. i must say after many years of dining out with a familly that has been involved in the hospitality industry since the early 1940's and possiblty earlier i would have to say that this would be the absolute worst dining experience we have ever had.
