 Customer service needs improvement

Always love the food, but today i stood in line for 10 minutes so that the serving staff member could complete her conversation with the previous customer. not fun. ended up walking out and went round the corner to dominos where there was one person working in the shop and got served straight away.

25/4/11 no banana. i recieved 2 rings of pine apple, no banana fritter. i realise that bananas hard hard to get and more expensive but the bill of sale says 1 banana fritter so one should be there or else there should be some form of notice to say that it is missing or the meal should be taken off the menu. the chicken was over cooked and dry with no taste. a poor meal. not happy at all.

Large meals, cheap prices, freshly cooked, made to order. great range of salads, reasonable prices. must try the burger pack. best to eat in because you get more food.
