Really bad delivery and phone service

I understand they may be busy at times, but there telephone delivery service and manners is terrible. it's usually the same girl that answers the phone. i've rung many times and every time she asks you to hold and your either waiting 20minutes or more if you can hold on that long, or she doesn't get back to you, that happens often. shocking service. don't rely on them. we were thought each time would be an improvement, not so. last order took them over two hours to reach us, only a few mins away. we turned it away on principle. no one bothered to contact us, saying it would be late. we constantly tried to call, always immediately put on hold and never heard from them. we just hang up each time. i wouldnt bother risking their in-house service either.
