I have always bought my fish and chips from mike who always provided quality food. yesterday i bought fish and chips for my family from the new owners , my 8 yr old daughter is off school today with sickness and diarrhoea and me, my wife and son have stomach complaints today and last night! won't be going back there again!

I have noticed since they have changed ownership the quality of food has decreased dramatically. its not as fresh as it use to be, the chips are dry and over cooked, the kiwi hotdogs are smaller but the price has increased! no eftpos anymore which is so annoying! the salads have gone! the customer service from the owners themselves can be quite rude and she never smiles. bring back mike at least he was friendly and the food was perfect!! his shop was welcoming! the prices were fair! would not recommend them anytime soon. i feel sorry for workers that have to put up with the complaints.
