Have to wait far too long, usually 30min and the store is half empty, not good compared to other burger places eg grilled which can have 4 times the amount of people ordering with half the wait time

If you know good food chances are you already know about burger urge. this place has a cult following and everyone i know is in love with the burgers. i must admit that sometimes it takes a while for the burgers to come out, but they're not selling big macs so i think its well worth the wait.
i'd love to hear from anyone who thinks differently. burger urge... rock on!

Burger urge has the best range of gourmet burgers in town. they're absolutely huge, so they're good value for money. the crew there are friendly and it has a relaxed casual atmosphere. i'm gradually working my way through trying each burger on the menu. the chicken is free range, which i find important. they also do a low carb option. the burgers are very clean tasting - never greasy.
the chips are soooo good. burgers elsewhere taste like crap after having one from burger urge. go there.

Very good service, great food!! we only ate half our burgers and about a third of our chips, and the lovely staff wrapped it all up for us and gave us a free tub of lime mayo for the chips! awesome! as for the review before this, i have a few words for you- get over it! people make mistakes! why would any normal person wait 45 minutes for burgers! you should have asked the staff after about 20 minutes and you would not have waited that long! moron! don't give bad reviews because of your own stupidity!

It took about 45 minutes for 2 burgers and a side chips. our order was given to the wrong customer - but we only found out by overhearing the staff in the kitchen. when we finally received our order the delay wasn't acknowledged. not happy. won't be going back.

Burger urge is located on 542 brunswick st newfarm. i have been going to burger urge for a long time, and have travelled alot and burger urge are by far the best burgers i have ever had. the staff are always friendly and willing to help, the burgers are always fresh and taste amazing. i would highly reccomend burger urge to be your next place to visit time and time again.
