Went to buy chicken and they had no chicken 4 half an hour so bought roast an veg an got home to find gravy an veg half empty rang to see what happened to find manger very rude his excuse were very busy an then hung uo on me 0/10 from me.

I think they are a great take away food store. their food is great and very tastey. the service is excellect, the staff are always friendly. you get big value for money, some things are a little costly but hey i dont mind. overall very very good 9.5/10. good luck with the business achivers award, you deserve it. :d

 Use better packaging. and have care when doing it

I purchased 3 chicken meals recently. by the time i got them home which was only around the corner. all 3 meals had lost the bottoms of the boxes. i was a ashamed to serve it up to the family. bring back the foil packs. and teach your staff how to put the lids on right.
