Ordered 3 hours ago, couldn't be bothered delivering it. carried on that we didn't answer the door and then got abusive with us that we have no idea. i'm sorry, i know when some one is knocking on the door and you don't have to be a filthy prick to my wife. so unbelievably unprofessional. ordered from them many times before, never again after this bullshit. winner of so many awards, after tonight i don't know how. disgusting.

Stuffed up my order and refused to fix

Not impressed, ordered from here for the first time, wrong pizza was delivered, called and said i don't really have a choice i will have to eat what you have delivered to me as i have to go out and can't wait another hour for a replacement, but i expect something to be done for my next order.
manager gets on the phone and rudely tells me he's not going to do anything, no refund, no store credit, no replacement because it's their "company policy."
not apologetic at all for the fact they have completely stuffed up my order that i paid for, didn't care and refused to do anything about it.
never ordering from here again, what a rip off and a joke.
pizza i did have was horrible too, and cold.

This is the best pizza place to go in ballarat by far. i travel from my place in mt. helen to wendouree just for the pizza here. the people who run the store are great, the prices are cheap, so the atmosphere isnt much but its a take away pizza shop not a dine in restaurant. i go there once a week
