Bonanzas you got to start picking up your game in the phones, your rudeness causes eagle boys to shut down and i wanted to order sides from there but you always put bolognaise sauce on there but you need to pick your game up with the sides or shut down

Bonanza pizzas are by far the best pizzas in and around craigmore, i live in elizabeth vale and choose them over all the closer pizza shops! i also have friends who will order from salisbury and munno para west because they love them so much, the phone staff are usually quick to answer and have always been polite to me, i've heard that they have recently upgraded their whole phone systems as to better service their customers. thanks bonanza pizza keep up the good work and great pizzas!!

When i first started eating there it was great! the pizzas were good and the service was decent also. its gone downhill in the past few months, the pizza's aren't very good quality, and the phone manner is below-par (they're okay in person, mind you). the price is low-low-low, but its such a shame you only get what you pay for.

Having been a bonanza customer for about 6 years, it is obvious that i enjoy their pizzas. however, recently their phone service has become pathetic. the other night when i rang up the 'customer service' employee actually ignored me and didn't say anything on and off, leaving uncomfortable silences. this was because he was busy listening to another staff member telling an anecdote.
i had to repeat my order twice, to silence. it was almost as if they literally did not care about having a customer on the phone whatsoever and did not want my business.
if it happens again i will never go back there for pizzas, regardless of the superior quality compared to alternatives in the area.

They need new phones

I really like the pizzas but hate ordering them for delivery as i have to repeat myself each time (more than twice sometimes) and more than once they have got our address wrong. when the pizzas arrive luke warm - cold its usually because they havent got the address right despite having repeated it about three times. i think they have a problem with their phones and should invest in some decent ones. this would improve their service and would encourage us to order from them more often actually.

Great pizzas but call them when they are really busy and be prepared to get bad attitude and even abuse hurled down the phone at you. has happened to me several times now. not impressed! lift your game guys. leave the phone duties to someone with a focus towards pleasant customer service.

the quality has degraded, the phone people continually get your orders wrong and more often than not the food arrives cold. i'm also tired of repeating myself over the phone - they even get house numbers wrong.

its hard to find a place that close by, is great overal, has great value for money and had great tasting pizzas.
we have them at least once a fortnight if not more!
