not cod at all.
supposed to be fresh but very obviously frozen from vietnam or somewhere similar.
i had been a fresh fish shop owner for many years and know what i am talking about which is why i asked what fresh fish was available when i put in my phone order.
inedible and just completely false advertising.
when i called to enquire why i was given frozen fish that was obviously not cod, the girl i spoke to said i would have to catch my own fish for it to be fresh and what i wanted, so they are obviously ripping customers off without any concerns what so ever.
unbelievable and very poor form and customer service.
don't bother.
go to the markets and get your own.
i was hopeful that there may have been an honest takeaway that did nice fish and chips but unfortunately these people are liars who have no intentions of serving customers honestly.

I have to say this is the greatest food in canberra way better than any other takeaway i have been to. this is even better than down the coast. the owners and staff are just lovely people with s great friendly attitude. we go here at least once a week sometimes even two. nothing is better..
