Terrible service :(

I placed my takeaway sushi order and paid, and was told it would be a 15-20 minute wait. when i came back to pick it up, i was only then informed that the kitchen was closed and that they weren't going to prepare my order. while i was there, a number of other dine-in patrons had approached the counter to ask if their meals were coming - obviously a poorly managed kitchen. very disappointing.
