Driver called from brighton east staying at the front door whoops wrong suburb then took a further 15-20mins to get to us, by then the food was cold & driver didn't care. i'm sure it would have been nice but not when we got it, instead cold and therefore expensive, very disappointed terrible customer experience

I tried to order from the babu website like five times and i wasn't getting any verification code. so i signed up to menu mate and did it through that and that worked but i didn't get a delivery estimate time and when i completed the order it said error... so i didn't know if it was actually coming or not. in the end, it came and it was very fast. great service with that. i got like 5 verification codes at like 12pm so i wasn't putting in the wrong number or anything... i suggest you guys fix that delay.

The burgers where definitely better than i was expecting, but the fries was a little disappointing - a bit soggy, like it had been sitting out for a while. maybe this is because we did delivery and the lid on the container retains the steam? not sure.
delivery was much faster than advertised too, which is a definite plus.
the "sauce collection" was good too. overall i'd go back, but not in a hurry.

We tried babu burgers home delivery yesterday and were very happy with our burgers. delivered quickly and were still warm enough and delicious. the menumate system is confusing though as their receipt didnt clearly show the things we ordered. very convoluted and confusing. thankfully if you ignore their receipt and just carefully select online the correct items did get delivered are we were happy with the process and the food.

Everything was great, from presentation to packaging. the taste of the burgers was excellent as well as the sweet potato wedges which were super crispy. only remark the fact that one of the burgers was not cooked as requested (too cooked). but that can happen, definitely great experience overall!

The burger was ok, not outstanding. the chips were a disappointment, they were cold and most looked like they were re-fried a few times because it was all oily rather than fresh and crisp. i would go back maybe, but it is very expensive for the prices.

Delivery service used, all fine, food came very well presented. biggest issue just no flavour!! all just very very bland, from the pattie itself to almost everything else inside (pickles, beetroot etc.) - no salt, pepper, nothing. at an average price of $14.20 per burger, the presentation plus the fact that burgers is all they do, i had much higherand justified expectation.

It's been ages since i've had a gourmet burger, and i've never ordered one delivered.
on the burgers, completely awesome presentation, products and great quality base ingredients. all came together perfectly as a gourmet burger: the best i've had since wisconsin burger in new zealand. and nothing lost at all in delivery: 110% experience for a delivery product.
both the thick and thin and cut chips were ok not great, and suffered from the delivery experience. they looked tired and past their best.
ordering online was mostly painfree, although not being able to edit an existing burger in the cart was painful.
$60 for a family burger meal delivered is on the pricey side, but kids and adults alike loved the burgers: they're the real draw card here.

Very happy to have babu in the area. online ordering experience was great and delivery quick. meals travelled well and nicely presented. however burgers were dry (one was missing aioli) and only one of each sauce sachet provided for two burgers and chips. nothing wrong with individual ingredients and meat cooked perfectly however the burgers overall were underwhelming, and the thick chips were very average.

Burger was amazing. chips were pretty hard & cold by the time they got to me. huge selection of ingredients & wide menu range as well. fairly pricey though, more value for money if two people are eating as opposed to one

Ordered by phone,told would be 40 mins,arrived in just over 20,burgers were delicious,maybe the best we have had,loved the presentation,arriving in 2 parts in the box,fresh,tasty,good size.having them again next week.yum yum.

What a pleasant surprise

The menu (delivered in our letterbox) looked amazingly delicious with all the dishes and options to go with. the online menu was super easy and intuitive. the food was hot and delivered quicker than estimated. i think we have a new favourite takeaway/delivery. i have been driving past this "babu" place with a picture of some "grungey" looking bloke.. i am so glad i looked at the menu.. "never judge a book by it's cover. i will be telling everyone i know "go to babu burgers "

Food is amazing, we ordered for delivery and because we were starving, we were ecstatic that the food arrived 15 mins early. we got a couple of burgers and fries and everything was fantastic. will definitely be eating there regularly.
