Dined there early on a wednesday night. this was our first visit to this establishment under the new owners.
first impressions: clean, light and airey, a fresh feel about the place.
service: good, waitress/hostess friendly, chatty and had asked if everything was ok during the meal.
food: overall good.
bh had barramundi fillets with veg.
cooked :well.
flavour :good.
presentation: good.
veggies: good.
liked: lemon butter sauce, size of portion on plate, flavour of fish.
disliked: cold plate resulting in cold veggies wich were at the base of the dish.
me had seafood platter for one.
cooked: well.
flavour: mussels in a tomato sauce with a hint of chilli: very nice
fish fillet: grilled with a hint of lemon butter: lovely.
callamarri: pan fried, tough and chewy,: not much flavour.
occy: pan fried, so tender just melts in the mouth: nice flavour
prawns: tender with a hint of garlic: lovely.
liked: variety on the plate, tender occy, prawns, fish, mussels and size of portions.
disliked: cold plate, cold occy, cold chips, tough callamarri.
price: bargain basement prices for a very nice meal. we went on a "shopadocket" buy one get one free night so 1 beer, 1 juice, garlic bread to share and 2 mains $52.
next time we'll sample the pasta dishes.

Would recommend it for sure!
|
I ate at angelico's last night and it was filled to capacity!!! the food was delicious and the service outstanding. i had the seafood platter for one, it was such a big serving that i was unable to finish it all! my husband had the veal saltimbocca and he said the veal was extremely tender. we both give our compliments to the chef. a job well done! i will be telling all of my friends! you must try it for yourself.

Impressive
|
Angelico's is a great place to go for dinner. all the wait staff are friendly and the food tastes great! not only does angelico's have a great dine in menu, their take away menu is equally impressive. with traditional italian woodfired pizza's selling at only $10 each there is no doubting that you are receiving top quality at such an affordable price. we are regulars!! we just can't get enough.

Don't drive past
|
Angelico restaurant doesn't look like much from the outside and isn't all that much on the inside. but don't let that deter you. its a great woodfire/italian place with friendly service, great prices and the food is fantastic.
try the home made gnocci and of course! the pizza!
