Excellent food,great service

We eat at andrews farm take-away 2-3 times a week,prices are fantastic for us as we have a family of six, this business is thriving and is the only one most of my family and friends go to in our area,the shop is clean and tidy every time we go there,service is quick even though their is a lineup on most nights,phone orders placed are always on ready on arrival.chickens ,salads and fish and chips are super fresh!!

Very poor attidude, poor food!

We asked for no onion in one yiros pack which was followed by the person serving, who i think was the manager being very rude about it and saying that it was "across board" everything has onion in it these days! when it does not state onion is in the yiros pack on the menu board. my wife is allergic to onion and cannot have it. we were not once rude to them and have never had anyone ever be like that about not having onion ever!!! there was more that she said and my wife went to justify with a "well but" and decided she was not going to see reason with the lady returning fire with a "well but what" in a patronizing voice and continued to talk very loudly to the other lady in there about it, belittling us and could hear her outside the door and out into the car park of the shop as we left! the food was very poor as the salad was not fresh at all, tomato soggy from the dressing its had been soaking in. meat not marinted well and also was dry and chewy. garlic sauce was great as was the pita bread. we ordered at 3pm. its the fourth time i have been in there since moving to andrews farm and three out of the four times i have dealt with a rude person behind the counter, this visit has done it for me and will not return ever. i own my own business and give good customer service, there is no need at all to have an attitude like that!
