Ever since the new owners, sorry should i say old owners, as i've lived in the hills for more years than the new owners have been here. my general motto is 3 strikes your out, but hey i've given them a chance every 2 years for the past 6 years now, and each time we've been very very disappointed.....my latest experience was oily chicken juice that leaked all over my front passenger seat on the way home. when i got home i tried to dig into the chicken, it was mushy, filled with left over rice salad, what the? and wasn't even crispy, did not taste like a lilydale bbq chicken at all. when i returned the food, sourface, i call her that because she never smiles and always has attitude...she said oh must be the bags that leak, and you know we've always done gluten free chicken.....well that's news to me, if i wanted a gluten free chicken, i would have asked for it, then she blamed the leaking bags...umm sorry but no, you put it in a cardboard box as well, gonna blame the cardboard box as too? and guess what, sourface didn't even apologise or offer anything at all, i guess she was right and i was wrong......for the 6th time now.....well i definitely won't be going back there ever again......should have stuck to my favourite, stirling chickens. also should have known to stick to 3 strikes your out!! gave them plenty of opportunities, but won't be now. good luck luv, try smiling some time....oh sorry your face might crack, i forgot! cheers xxx

I really love the chicken burgers at this place. simply the best and freshest chicken chopped up and layered into this amazing lunch special. it's my favorite in the hills. i don't know much about the rest of the menu. service is friendly and fast also.
