Dissapointing

Didnt realise the change in management when i ordered over the phone. went to pick up my normal order and was ignored for a number of mins before it seemed my order wasnt ready after ordering 15 mins ago. waited a few more mins the the guy serving realised my order was waiting in the warmer. drastically reduced chip servings from bags to boxes now. my chips were cold and didnt have salt. very dissapointing. wont return.
